Step 1: Click on ME or open your browser and paste the following URL http://get.teamviewer.com/aprescue

 

Step 2: APResuce will automatically download. If it fails to download, please click on ‘Try Again’.

 

 

Step 3: Click on the downloaded Item from downloads location.

  • For Firefox

 

  • For Google Chrome

 

  • For Safari (to be updated soon)

 

  • For Internet Explorer

 

 

  • For Microsoft Edge

 

 

Step 4: Please provide the Teamviewer ID & Password to your Remote Support Staff who is assisting you.
