How to send mid/end semester survey

How to submit mid/end semester survey

  1. Click this link https://apspace.apu.edu.my/student-survey
  2. Login using your APKey username and password
  3. Select your intake
  4. Select your module name from the listing
  5. You will be redirected to the survey form

*Kindly note that, mid semester survey start date is starting on week 7 from start date of the class and the week is including semester break (if there is any). Once the period for mid semester survey has passed, system will show “Not Due Yet” for end semester survey.

Mid Semester Survey: Between Week 7 and Week 10

End Semester Survey: After Class End Date
